What you'll do
Short-term (~2 weeks) bilingual Community Manager role for the Burger King Canada Whopper Swap campaign. You review and respond to consumer conversations using approved messaging across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and potentially X/Reddit, manage follow-ups and support the coupon journey. Training around November 10, campaign November 16-28. Coverage falls in the daily social peak windows: 11:00 AM-1:00 PM and 5:00-8:00 PM. $29/hour.
- Review and respond to social conversations using approved messaging
- Manage follow-ups and support the coupon/redeem journey
- Log every action in the tracking dashboard

- Manage follow-ups and support the Whopper coupon/redeem journey
- Log every action so no consumer gets double replies
- Escalate anything outside the approved playbook
Good fit if
- Bilingual English/French
- Social media or community management experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok a plus)
- Strong written communication, reliable and quick to respond
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
