What you'll do
The holiday season is almost here! We're hiring 5 experienced Field Managers to bring the Loblaws Holiday Zone to life across 5 locations in Ontario and British Columbia.
This exciting 6-week holiday program features a different festive activation each weekend — from cookie decorating and gift wrapping to holiday crafts and more. You'll independently own your location from setup to teardown, engage shoppers, and deliver a fun, festive experience every weekend.
Applicants must be able to work the whole program — all 6 weekends. Preference given to full-availability candidates.
- Independently managing the Holiday Zone activation
- Setup and teardown each day
- Welcoming shoppers and encouraging participation
- Managing supplies, inventory, and replenishment
- Keeping the area clean, organized, and presentable
- Liaising with store management + Brand Hero team
Good fit if
- Experienced Field Manager / Team Lead
- Confident working independently without supervision
- Outgoing, vocal, engaging — NOT shy
- Comfortable with setup / teardown / logistics
Have this ready
- Dress code: Black Pants, Black Shoes
- Must have independent transport to/from assigned store
- Food Handlers Certificate
