Own zone staffing, breaks and deployment
Troubleshoot guest and station issues with SALT crew
Lead Nov 5 setup and Nov 6 teardown to 1 AM
Report headcounts and incidents to BH field team

Bartender / Barback (Must Have Smart Serve)

Serve premixed drinks (cans only — no mixing, no cash)
Restock fridges and keep the bar tidy
Enforce drink limits (stamps/tickets TBC)
Barbacking support through close
